It acts as a plug-and-play upgrade for an online store's shopping cart, fixing the biggest problem online sellers face: customers adding items to a cart but leaving before paying.

How Data Reaches Netcore

There are two supported paths, and your account can use either depending on your setup:

1. Via Shopify: Shopflo passes the event data to Shopify, and Netcore syncs it from there through your existing Shopify integration.
2. Direct API: Shopflo pushes event data directly to Netcore via API, without going through Shopify.

Getting Started

1. Activate the integration on the Shopflo side. Your Netcore account team will coordinate with Shopflo to enable data sharing to Netcore for your account.
2. Confirm event mapping in Netcore. Your Netcore implementation contact will confirm which events (login, address added, checkout completed) are mapped to your Netcore campaigns.
3. Once configured, events flow automatically; no action is needed from you beyond confirming to your account team that you'd like Shopflo enabled.

Q. Do I need to change anything on my website?
A. No code changes are typically required on your end. Shopflo handles the on-site identification, and the integration to Netcore is configured on the backend.
