Track Nitro Data in Netcore
Verify the user data and event data that NitroX sends to Netcore CE.
Overview
Once the NitroX and Netcore CE integration is active, NitroX pushes identified users and supported website events into Netcore CE. This guide shows three ways to confirm that the data arrives.
| Method | Use it when you want to |
|---|---|
| Method 1: Search a user by phone number or email | Check whether a specific user reached Netcore CE. |
| Method 2: Create a segment with the NITRO_ID attribute | Find every user that Nitro created or updated. |
| Method 3: Create a segment with Nitro events | Find users who performed a specific Nitro event. |
NoteIf you have not set up the integration yet, start with Import data to Netcore from Nitro.
Open the Netcore CE Dashboard
- Log in to your Netcore CE dashboard with your account credentials.
- From the left-side menu, click Audience.
Method 1: Search a User by Phone Number or Email
Use this method to check whether NitroX pushed a specific user to Netcore CE.
Step 1: Open the search
- In the Audience section, click All contacts.
- Click the Search icon.
Step 2: Search by phone number or email
Search for the user with one of the following.
| Search option | When to use it |
|---|---|
| Phone number | The phone number is the primary identifier in Netcore CE. |
| The email is the primary identifier in Netcore CE. |
If the user exists in Netcore CE, the profile appears in the search results.
Step 3: Open the user profile
- Click the user profile in the search results.
- Open the Timeline section.
The Timeline shows the attributes, activity data, and events that Nitro pushed for this user. Nitro events appear with names such as Page browse and Product view.
Method 2: Create a Nitro-Specific Segment Using User Attributes
Use this method to find all users that Nitro created or updated in Netcore CE.
Nitro pushes a user attribute called NITRO_ID. You can use this attribute to create a segment.
Step 1: Start a new segment
- In the Audience section, click Segments.
- Click Create Segment.
Step 2: Select the user attribute
- Under Include users, click + ADD.
- Select User attributes.
- Choose the attribute
NITRO_ID.
Step 3: Select the condition
From the condition list, select exists.
This builds a segment of every profile that has a NITRO_ID value. These are the profiles that Nitro pushed to Netcore CE.
Step 4: Get the count
Click GET COUNT to see the total number of users that match this condition.
Netcore CE also shows a table of sample users below the count.
Method 3: Create a Nitro-Specific Segment Using User Behaviour
Use this method to create a segment based on events that Nitro pushes to Netcore CE.
All Nitro events follow the naming format nitro_eventName. For example, nitro_view and nitro_product_view.
Step 1: Start a new segment
- In the Audience section, click Segments.
- Click Create Segment.
Step 2: Select the behaviour
- Under Include users, click + ADD.
- Select Behaviour.
Step 3: Select the Nitro event
- In the search bar, type
nitro. - From the list, select the Nitro event that you want to use.
For example, to find users who viewed any page, set the condition as follows.
| Setting | Value |
|---|---|

| Number of occurrences | is greater than or equal to 1 |
| Source | Any Source |
